Advaita Showbiz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented 2D–3D Designer who can transform ideas into impactful visual concepts for events, exhibitions, and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create 2D & 3D design concepts for events, exhibitions, stage setups, stalls, installations, and experiential spaces.
  • Develop 3D views, renders, layouts, and walk-throughs as per client briefs and event requirements.
  • Design 2D creatives such as branding collaterals, signage, backdrops, standees, layouts, and presentations.
  • Work closely with client servicing, creative, and production teams to ensure designs align with client expectations and execution feasibility.
  • Prepare presentation-ready visuals for client pitches and approvals.
  • Modify and refine designs based on client feedback and internal discussions.
  • Ensure designs are practical, budget-aligned, and execution-friendly.
  • Support new business pitches with innovative design concepts.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a 2D–3D Designer in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or advertising agencies.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (as applicable).
  • Strong understanding of event structures, materials, and fabrication basics.
  • Good visualization skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight timelines.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for events, spaces, and brand storytelling.
