We are seeking a 3D Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience who is a power-user of modern 3D software. The primary focus of this role is to create high-fidelity 3D assets optimized for web integration, marketing collateral, and interactive digital products. You will be responsible for the entire pipeline, from conceptual sketching and modeling to final optimization and implementation.

Key Responsibilities


• Web-Optimized Modeling: Design, sculpt, and retopologize 3D models specifically for web performance (GLB, GLTF, USDZ formats).


• Visual Storytelling: Create immersive 3D scenes, product renders, and abstract brand elements for landing pages.


• Material & Texture Artistry: Develop advanced PBR (Physically Based Rendering) materials and textures.


• Lighting & Rendering: Set up professional-grade lighting environments for both static renders and real-time engines.


• Collaboration: Work with Web Developers and UI/UX designers to ensure 3D elements are functional and responsive across all devices.

Technical Requirements & Software Expertise

The ideal candidate must be an expert in the following:


• Primary Modeling: Blender (highly preferred), Cinema 4D, or Maya.


• Web-3D Tools: Spline (expert level) or experience with environments.


• Texturing: Substance Painter or Quixel Mixer.


• Rendering Engines: Cycles, Eevee, Octane, or Redshift.


• Design Suite: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects for post-processing).

Qualifications


• Experience: 2–3 years in a 3D production or digital design role.


• Technical Knowledge: Masters of UV unwrapping, texture baking, and polygon budget management.


• Animation: Experience in keyframe animation and procedural motion graphics.


• Portfolio: A proven track record of 3D work that has been successfully deployed on live websites or digital platforms.

Soft Skills


• Strong eye for composition, color theory, and typography.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.


• Proactive communication when working with technical development teams.
