Role & responsibilities

  • 50% time to AR Denials/Correspondences production. Includes AR90+ tickets, high dollar claims, multiple touches
  • claims, voice mail left accounts.
  • Follow all client specific updates and billing guidelines published to collect the payment.
  • Create tasks for client/ corresponding departments as and when required.
  • Finding trends in the denials and fixing the root cause in repeated/controllable denials.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as per process requirements.
  • Coaching and Supporting team members.
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines when accessing and sharing patient information.

Skills and Experience:

Skills: Proficient knowledge of computer, Microsoft office, Communication Skills English (Verbal/Written), soft skills on

coaching the team members.

Experience: The associate should possess 4 years to 6 years of RCM domain experience and functional knowledge/experience

in AR Follow up and calling.
