The Role

The successful candidate will manage strategic initiatives and product evolution for Mastercard Donate products. Responsibilities include:

-Enhance product experience

-Focus on customer journey and product development

-Launch preparations and monitor product performance

-Review competitor offerings and share insights

-Use research and competitive analysis to inform product requirements

-Improve product lifecycle processes

-Maintain clear product documentation

-English proficiency required

-Technical background preferred

-Payments or sustainability consulting experience is a plus
