We're looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Python Django Developer to lead backend development efforts and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate should bring a deep understanding of Django architecture, API design, and cloud deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of complex web applications using Python and Django.
  • Architect, design, and optimize RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and efficient design patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and QA teams for seamless feature delivery.
  • Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Implement robust authentication, authorization, and data security measures.
  • Oversee deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes (Docker, AWS, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide them on technical best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Python and Django development.
  • Deep expertise in Django REST Framework and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and scalability.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL, including query optimization and schema design.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with frontend stacks , HTML, CSS, JS) for better integration.
  • Solid grasp of DSA and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Candidates from Delhi NCR with strong spoken English are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹800,000.00 per year
