Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly experienced Wealth Manager - Support & Operations with extensive knowledge in stock market and mutual fund investing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing backend operations, addressing client order and trade-related issues, and managing mutual fund-related activities, billing follow-ups, and bill retrievals.

The Operations Manager will be tasked with setting up processes that ensure efficient task completion by the team. They must demonstrate strong leadership skills to foster team collaboration, motivate employees, and drive the achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage backend processes related to equities and mutual funds.
  • Handle client order execution and resolve trade-related issues.
  • Oversee mutual fund product activities, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
  • Conduct billing follow-ups and ensure timely bill retrievals.
  • Develop and implement streamlined operational processes for the team.
  • Encourage and manage the team to achieve key operational goals.
  • Foster a positive team spirit, ensuring collaboration and goal alignment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Banking, or a related field is required.
  • Previous managerial experience in financial operations is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of stock market and mutual fund operations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Must be fluent in both Telugu and English.
  • Candidates must have their own means of transportation to commute to the office.
