Job Overview:

Maxiom Wealth is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our growing team. This role blends product ownership, user research, and cross-functional coordination to support the design, development, and optimization of digital investment and wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats—working with design, engineering

and business teams to deliver impactful product experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:
    Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall business objectives and competitive landscape.
  • Market & Client Research:
    Conduct detailed market research to understand client needs, identify emerging market trends, and pinpoint gaps in the current product offerings.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    Oversee and enhance existing products, focusing on increasing client satisfaction and revenue. This also includes phasing out outdated or underperforming products.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure all products and processes meet relevant financial regulations and internal compliance procedures, collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with various internal stakeholders, relationship managers, marketing and technology to prepare client statements and recommended portfolios.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven enhancements to maintain competitiveness.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Financial Acumen:
    Strong understanding of capital markets, various investment products (e.g., Portfolio Management Services, AlFs, Mutual funds, ETFs, Structured products), and the wealth management industry.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
    Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for Client Portfolio growth.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex product concepts to various stakeholders, from development teams to senior leadership.
  • Product Development Expertise:
    Experience with the full product lifecycle, including idea generation, design, development, launch, and ongoing management.
  • Market & Customer Focus:
    A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into compelling product features and services.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in using Excel, Powerpoint and other tools needed in enriching client experience.

Educational Qualification:

MBA (or higher) in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
