Hi candidate,

We are looking for an enthusiastic and cooperative Operations Executive to join our team and help us to maintain the operations cross departments.

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments including production, design, quality, inventory, and dispatch.

This role combines both desk-based administrative work and on-ground supervision within the unit.

We appreciate someone who has good team spirit and motivation to learn skills though journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with production, quality control, dispatch, and design teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Track order progress and maintain timelines for manufacturing and deliveries.
  • Support production scheduling and daily workflow management.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, checklists, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in operations, preferably in manufacturing, textiles, or fashion.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in operating desktop for day to day tasks.
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
