About the team and what we will build together
Our Human Resources team is a strategic partner to the business, focused on enabling growth, shaping culture, and creating exceptional teammate experiences. We combine strategic people enablement with foundational people infrastructure to attract, grow, and retain top talent. We are trusted advisors, builders of scalable processes, and stewards of a culture where people can thrive.
As part of this mission, we are expanding our global presence and establishing a strong HR foundation in India. The Manager, Human Resources, will play a critical role in bringing our global People Strategy to life locally. This person will help shape and sustain a culture that reflects our values, support our leaders and teammates, and ensure we operate with excellence and compliance.
They will serve as a key connector between India and the US, ensuring alignment on strategy, driving engagement, and building the processes and practices that will support our growth for years to come.
How you will make an impact- Talent: Strategic People Enablement:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align India's talent strategy to global priorities.
- Lead recruiting and hiring efforts in India, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement talent processes that mirror and align with US strategies while adapting to India's market context.
- Support workforce planning, talent analytics, and skill development.
- Drive teammate engagement initiatives and contribute to building a strong, inclusive culture.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and mobility/career development.
- HR Operations: Foundational People Infrastructure:
- Ensure compliance with India employment laws and regulations, including maintaining HR policies, employee records, and reporting requirements.
- Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and total compensation programs for India in partnership with the US HR team and external insurance brokers.
- Partner with US HR to design and deliver total rewards programs that are competitive and compliant with India standards.
- Support the buildout of HR systems, processes, and tools for scalability and operational excellence.
- Manage employee relations, performance management processes, and investigations as needed.
- Oversee onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with US-based teams to ensure alignment on strategy, policies, and programs.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a mix of strategic and hands-on operational responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of India employment law, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting or leading recruiting efforts, including candidate scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Demonstrated ability to build HR processes and programs in a growing or scaling organization.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a global mindset.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with US-based HR leadership.
- Experience in a global company or US-headquartered organization strongly preferred.
