Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandise Associate located in Bhopal. The Merchandise Associate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing inventory, assisting customers with product inquiries, and supporting in-store promotions. The role will also include providing excellent customer service, ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively, and collaborating with team members to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering an excellent Customer Experience
  • Basic knowledge of Sales and retail procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in dynamic retail environments
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or retail management is an advantage
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
