Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines for time-series and operational data.
  • Develop reusable feature-engineering components and structured data layers.
  • Implement and optimize ML models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning for time-series).
  • Create scalable, reusable ML pipelines and frameworks for multi-site deployments.
  • Containerize and deploy models using Docker, CI/CD, and cloud/on-prem environments.
  • Set up monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining workflows.
  • Collaborate with BAs and SMEs to convert business needs into ML solutions and clearly present insights.
  • Document workflows, assumptions, and model behavior.

Required Skills

  • Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch and time-series modelling.
  • ETL/ELT pipeline development and data engineering.
  • Docker, Git, CI/CD; experience with Azure/AWS.
  • API development (FastAPI preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in MedTech/Pharma/regulatory environments.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, GxP, CSV.
  • Familiarity with MES, QMS, Historian, or industrial data systems.
  • Predictive maintenance or industrial ML experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
  • ML Engineering, MLOps, Cloud, or Industry 4.0 certifications (plus).
