Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Shop Manager based in Coimbatore, India. The Machine Shop Manager will oversee daily operations in the machine shop, manage production schedules, and ensure quality management throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include supervising machining tasks, coordinating inspection activities, and leading production planning and management efforts. The role requires ensuring standards, meeting production targets, and maintaining operational efficiency.
