Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Seals Officer, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Branch Seals Officer will be responsible for maintaining and managing branch seals operations, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and conducting inventory checks. Responsibilities include handling sensitive documentation, overseeing the movement of company seals, and ensuring adherence to established protocols. The role also involves liaison with internal teams to ensure seamless branch operations and compliance.

  • Organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth handling of branch operations and seal management.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and inventory management tasks.
  • Strong compliance-driven mindset to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with record-keeping software is an advantage.
