Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Management

Maintain complete control over financial accounting, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for management review.

Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.
Coordinate and manage internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
