Job Description:

Shriram Ventures is seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls.
• Handle tax planning, filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
• Prepare MIS reports and analyze financial data for management review.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial advice to management for cost control and business decisions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
