Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Head of Digital Marketing to build, lead, and scale our digital marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-ownership leadership role requiring strategic expertise, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to hire and manage a high-performing paid media and marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven, ROI-focused marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content, and analytics—ensuring alignment with business goals and aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Setup & Leadership
Design the complete digital marketing team structure (Paid Media Lead, Specialists, Analysts, Creative Support, etc.).
Recruit, onboard, and mentor top talent across paid media, content, SEO, and analytics.
Build clear workflows, performance tracking systems, and operational processes.
Foster a results-driven, high-accountability culture within the team.
2. Strategy & Planning
Develop the digital marketing roadmap with defined KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
Architect cross-channel paid media strategies covering TOFU–MOFU–BOFU funnels.
Integrate paid campaigns with SEO, organic, and email marketing for maximum impact.
Translate business goals into measurable marketing objectives.
3. Performance & Optimization
Own marketing P&L — manage budgets across campaigns, allocate resources smartly, and ensure sustainable ROI.
Monitor campaign performance daily, driving ROAS, CPA, CPL improvements.
Implement advanced targeting strategies including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and segmentation.
Build performance dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4, Advanced Excel) for leadership reporting.
4. Brand & Market Growth
Partner with creative teams to ensure high-impact ad copy and visuals.
Maintain brand consistency across all campaigns and channels.
Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities — emerging platforms, ad formats, and automation tools.
5. Stakeholder Communication
Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to the C-Suite.
Collaborate with sales, product, and operations to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
- Expert-level knowledge in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and performance marketing funnels.
- Strong grasp of analytics tools — GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, etc.
- Demonstrated success in managing large marketing budgets with high ROI.
- Experience in full-cycle hiring, from talent identification to building scalable teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous testing, learning, and scaling.
