Position OverviewWe are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to manage and grow our online presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google.

You will be responsible for planning campaigns, creating content strategies, optimizing ads, and tracking performance to generate quality leads and strengthen Teach Mania's brand identity.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Create engaging graphics, videos, and ad copies for social media and paid promotions.
  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads for lead generation.
  • Develop and implement SEO & SEM strategies for website and app visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Manage social media pages, respond to comments, and build engagement.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, AI tools, and EdTech marketing strategies.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube SEO, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and remarketing.
  • Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Analytical mindset and ability to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
