Job Description:

We are looking for a Cambridge Certified Coordinator to oversee the implementation and smooth running of the Cambridge curriculum in the school. The coordinator will ensure compliance with Cambridge guidelines, support teachers, and facilitate student assessment and academic excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the school's practices align with Cambridge International Education guidelines and policies.
  • Conduct teacher orientation, workshops, and continuous professional development sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, assessment, and exam results.
  • Review lesson plans, scheme of work, and progress reports for Cambridge classes.
  • Implement and monitor the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Organize staff training and professional development.
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with Cambridge guidelines.
  • Coordinate all Cambridge-related academic programs, examinations, and documentation with CAIE.
  • Facilitate parent–teacher meetings and provide updates on students' Cambridge progress.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in education or the relevant subject area.
  • Cambridge International Certificate/Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (CICTT / CIDTT) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Prior experience as a Cambridge Coordinator.
