Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive / BDM with experience in Battery, Lubricant, or Tyre sales. Preference will be given to candidates with battery industry experience. The role involves driving sales growth, developing dealer/distributor networks, and ensuring business expansion through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dealer & distributor network to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities and ensure customer acquisition in assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Support distributors/dealers with sales strategies, product promotions, and after-sales service.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 25 years in sales of Battery, Lubricant, or Tyre products (Battery industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
