ANalyst/ Senior Analyst

Description
GlobalLogic looking for a highly skilled and proactive MIS & Reporting Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Google Suite (Sheets, AppScript, Looker Studio) and proficiency in SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining dashboards and reports that support business operations, client billing, and financial reconciliations. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of management information and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet diverse reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and trackers related to attendance, productivity, and invoicing using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and AppScript.
• Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports to support client billing, revenue reconciliation, and internal reviews.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and transformation from multiple systems.
• Develop and implement automation scripts using AppScript to streamline and enhance reporting processes.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in all Management Information System (MIS) outputs.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and management teams to understand and fulfill reporting needs.
• Continuously improve existing MIS processes, reporting frameworks, and data quality controls.
• Stay updated on emerging tools, technologies, and best practices to improve reporting efficiency and automation.
• Present data insights clearly and train teams on dashboard usage and best practices.

Job responsibilities

• 3+ hands-on experience with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets, AppScript, and Looker Studio.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and query optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in creating invoicing/billing reports and financial reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements simultaneously with accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present insights and train teams.
• High learning aptitude with a proactive and self-driven approach.
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately
