thrive professionally and personally The Research Analyst will be part of a growing team of Researchers who will work closely with JLLs Research teams across the globe The Research Analyst will contribute to best-in-class research that differentiates JLL and provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace What this job involves Contribute to creating thought leadership and research collateral in the JLL ESG and Sustainability Research Program in various forms to drive client engagement and ensure timely delivery of external publications Source and update information on the latest ESG and sustainability trends and support the maintenance of JLL house view materials Maintain various ESG tracking programs covering corporate NZC commitments regulations and reporting best in class case studies and building certification and performance Develop strong relationships and collaboration with data analysts in adjacent Sustainability Services Facilitate communication between Research and Sustainability Services across the globe Support JLL Research teams more broadly with information and data requests that assist with business development and client engagement across business lines Sound like you Before you apply its worth knowing what we are looking for A strong interest in sustainability and the built environment with a commitment to understanding the role that the real estate industry plays in creating more sustainable and resilient cities Bachelors degree in economics urban studies urban planning architecture or other real estate-related fields with a basic understanding of different functions on the real estate value chain Experience of 3-4 years in the industry is preferred Strong analytics especially quantitative skillsets with ability to identify new insights and trends through data analytics Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Organized methodical and proactive with strong ability to multitask be resilient and effectively manage time processes and workload A desire to work within a diverse collaborative and driven professional environment Research at JLL With a team of 500 dedicated researchers and
