Job Title: Network Support Engineer
Location: Chennai
CTC : 6 LPA to 8 LPA
Experience Required: Routing Concepts, Switching Protocols, OSI Model, Port Configuration,
IP Addressing, Network Monitoring Tools, Cloud Networking, Firewall/security basics,
Knowledge on L3 and L2 Protocols.
Notice Period: 0 to 60 days

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and optimal performance.
- Configure and manage network protocols and services, including DNS, DHCP, IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6), and routing protocols like OSPF and BGP.
- Manage switching environments by setting up VLANs, STP, trunking, and port configurations.
- Utilize network diagnostic tools and commands (ping, traceroute, netstat, ipconfig) to identify and resolve network issues.
- Implement and maintain firewall rules, ACLs, NAT, and VPNs to safeguard network security.
- Use network monitoring tools such as Wireshark and SolarWinds to proactively identify and address network performance issues.
- Collaborate effectively with IT teams and communicate technical information clearly to support network operations and upgrades.
