About Us:

We are launching a boutique-style stitching unit and are looking for a skilled tailor who wants long-term stability and growth, with the potential to become the Lead Tailor for our unit.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our design team to create and finalize samples.
  • Support production after sample approval.
  • Handle boutique-style custom stitching with neat finishing.
  • Maintain speed, quality, and timely delivery.

Skills Required (No Degree Needed):

  • Strong cutting skills
  • Good grasping/learning ability
  • Fast and neat stitching
  • Boutique-style experience is a plus

Languages:

  • Tamil preferred
  • English or Kannada acceptable

Work Mode:

  • Preferred: On-site
  • Remote/Flexible options may be considered later based on quality of work.

Payment Structure:

  • Before Hiring (Sample Stage): Commission-based only
  • After Hiring: Fixed monthly salary
  • Additional: Commission based on sales
