Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketo & Webflow Developer with 3-4 years of experience who will take ownership of the technical aspects of both platforms. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our marketing automation processes in Marketo, while also maintaining and enhancing our Webflow-based website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our Marketo instance to ensure efficient marketing automation workflows, campaign management, lead nurturing, and reporting.
  • Build and implement landing pages, forms, and email templates in Marketo, ensuring best practices in marketing automation.
  • Maintain and develop our Webflow website, ensuring it aligns with marketing initiatives and company branding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop responsive, high-performing web pages, and optimize for SEO.
  • Integrate Marketo with Webflow and other third-party tools and platforms as required.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to both platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
  • Continuously optimize both platforms for performance, scalability, and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience working with Marketo, including email marketing, lead scoring, workflows, and reporting.
  • 3-4 years of experience with Webflow, including website design, development, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing custom code in both Marketo and Webflow.
  • Experience with integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement them in Webflow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
