Seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Professional with proven experience in acquiring and managing ITeS projects, including but not limited to Customer Service, Digitization, Scanning Projects, Back Office Operations, and other ITeS services for our Vadodara, Gujrat office.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, ambitious, and capable of developing strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for various ITeS projects.
  • Generate leads through networking, references, market research, and field visits.
  • Pitch company services to potential clients with effective presentations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Understand client requirements and customise solutions in consultation with operations.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, pricing models, and sales documentation.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
  • Represent the organisation in business events, industry meets, and client gatherings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in selling ITeS / BPO / BPM / Digitization / Customer Service projects is essential.
  • Applicants should be skilled in using AI-driven tools to support sales and business development.
  • MBA (preferably in Marketing or Business Management).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development.
  • Young, energetic, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
