Job Summary:

Company is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns through call, chat, and email. Your goal is to ensure timely resolutions, enhance customer satisfaction, and provide a seamless order support experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order or service-related resolutions.
  • Manage and update customer records in the system accurately.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Educational qualification: Graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
  • Must have a laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 Pro.
  • Wi-Fi connection is mandatory for remote work.
  • Availability to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
  • Must be open to work in 9-hour shifts (8 hours production + 1 hour split breaks).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must attend and complete on-the-job training provided by the company
