Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Siliguri. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and distributors. Daily tasks include leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in market analysis and strategic planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the home solutions or sanitaryware industry
