Inviting applications for the role of Lead consultant -UX / Content Designer



What you&rsquoll do here



  • Translate technical field names into clear, dealer-friendly questions, labels, and help text


  • Define wizard flow, page breaks, visual hierarchy, and style guide ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance


  • Run usability sessions, analyse analytics, and iterate copy/layout for higher completion rates



Responsibilities


  • Collaborating with the UX / Content Designerand other team members to establishobjectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience.


  • Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.


  • Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on standard methodologies, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.


  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently


  • Taking lead on projects, as needed



The Skills You&rsquoll Bring



  • UX writing/content design Figma, accessibility tools (axe, Wave)


  • Strong storytelling skills and empathy for non-technical users



Qualifications we seek in you



Minimum Qualifications / Skills



Bachelor&rsquos degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, or related field.

Strong communicator - English in spoken and written form
