Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data to identify tax liabilities and potential savings, advising on tax strategies, preparing tax payments, staying updated on tax regulations, and using accounting software to maintain accurate financial records. Essential skills for this role are strong analytical and numerical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in tax-related software and tools like MS Excel

managing financial records, preparing financial statements and reports (like balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns), analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, reconciling accounts, budgeting, and providing financial advice to help management make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including daily transactions, bank statements, and company accounts.
  • Financial Reporting:Prepare key financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tax Preparation & Compliance:Calculate, prepare, and file tax returns, ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant local and national tax laws.
  • Account Reconciliation:Regularly reconcile financial accounts to identify and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Financial Analysis:Analyze financial data to assess the company's financial health, identify risks, and find opportunities for cost reduction and profit enhancement.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:Manage budgets, monitor spending, and develop financial forecasts to guide financial planning.
  • Auditing & Compliance:Conduct financial audits and ensure all financial practices and statements comply with accounting principles and legal regulations.
  • Financial Consultation:Advise management on financial strategy, business planning, and other key financial matters.

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Accounting Software: Proficiency with accounting software (ERP 9, Tally Prime) and technology, including AI and robotic process automation for efficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in bookkeeping, data entry, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Deep understanding of tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Communication: Ability to prepare written reports and explain financial findings clearly to management and clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, assess risks, and make sound recommendations.

Job Type: Part-time
