About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a positive attitude toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to build brand loyalty.
  • Provide feedback to the team for improving customer experience.
