Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Capacity Building Officer, located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Capacity Building Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating capacity-building initiatives, conducting training sessions, and providing support to community stakeholders. The role involves working closely with various teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring the effective transfer of skills and knowledge to enhance community resilience and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Planned Giving, Philanthropy, and Annual Giving
  • Skills in Stewardship and Fundraising
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
  • Experience in development and humanitarian sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field
