Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Mechanical Engineering Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in MEP Design & Drafting, Revit MEP, NDT, and Mechanical CAD. The role involves delivering high-quality technical sessions, guiding students in project work, and preparing them for industry-ready careers. This is a performance-driven position where your expertise and teaching skills can inspire the next generation of mechanical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct classroom and practical sessions on MEP Design, Revit MEP, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), and Mechanical CAD.

  2. Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and practical assignments in line with industry standards.

  3. Train students in software tools and real-world applications.

  4. Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and project work.

  5. Stay updated with the latest industry practices and incorporate them into training modules.

  6. Provide career guidance and mentorship to students.

  7. Coordinate with the academic and placement teams for student progress and outcomes.
