Job Summary:

Were looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our growing sales team in the PEB industry, covering the South and West and North Indian markets. This role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals for industrial and commercial steel building projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the South & West India markets (industrial sheds, warehousing, logistics parks, commercial projects, etc.).
  • Engage with architects, EPC contractors, consultants, developers, and corporate clients to promote PEB solutions.
  • Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and project briefings across the assigned region.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, and project management) to deliver timely and accurate proposals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
  • Track regional market trends, competition, pricing, and new project developments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve queries, and provide after-sales support when necessary.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and project pipeline using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-15 years of experience in B2B sales in the PEB, steel structures.

Educational Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Location: West and south and north Region

Preferred candidate Experience: Heavy Fabrication, cooling tower, HVAC, PEB, Material Handling product,Insulation, Industrial paint, heavy Machinery
