Assistant Manager – Operations | Oakridge International School

Oakridge International School is seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Manager – Operations to support the efficient functioning of school operations, events, and asset management while ensuring a safe and well-managed campus environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day school operations including facilities, transport, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for school events, assemblies, examinations, and special programs.

  • Manage and track school assets, including inventory, allocation, maintenance, and audits.

  • Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for smooth operations and events.

  • Assist in monitoring budgets, inventory, and operational expenses.

  • Maintain operational documentation, reports, and asset records.

  • Support audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness activities.

  • Handle operational issues promptly and escalate when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Operations, or a related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, facilities, or event coordination (education sector preferred).

  • Knowledge of safety, compliance, vendor, and asset management.

Skills

  • Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.

  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
