Job Title: Marketing Executive – Lead Generation & Email Marketing
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Marketing Executive who will focus on lead generation and email marketing campaigns to fuel business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective strategies to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline through engaging and personalized email campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead generation strategies using digital channels, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
Research and identify potential prospects within target industries or geographies using online tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Build, manage, and segment email marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalized outreach.
Create engaging email content, templates, and workflows that align with campaign objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns for better results.
Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure smooth handover for conversion.
Research and identify potential prospects within target industries or geographies using online tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Maintain an updated lead dashboard and reports to track pipeline, conversions, and ROI.
Support marketing activities such as webinars, online events, and drip campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication skills.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience only in lead generation and email marketing, preferably in the IT or SaaS domain.
Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, SendGrid, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills for engaging email communication.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and take actionable steps.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B IT products, solutions, or services marketing
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and drip campaign workflows.
Ability to run A/B testing and optimize campaigns for conversions.
Prior exposure to LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
