We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – RMS to support our Risk Management operations. The role involves preparing and maintaining key reports, coordinating with internal teams and senior management, managing trader records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

· Prepare and maintain
EMP Sheets
in Excel and share with concerned stakeholders.

· Update and monitor
margin utilization
regularly.

· Create and maintain a
pending limits report
and send it to the respective stakeholders.

· Coordination for RMS-related activities and reporting.

· Create
Trader IDs
and maintain up-to-date records of all traders.

· Prepare
Peak Margin files
and send them to the RMS team.

· Manage and monitor the trading activities.

· Coordination for activities related to the above trading groups.

· Monitor
Open Interest (OI)
and set strikes as per the risk guidelines.

· Track and update
NISM certifications
for all traders to ensure regulatory compliance.

· Coordination for limit changes as per operational requirements.

· Coordination for creating and managing trader login details.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of
Risk Management System (RMS)
processes.

· Proficiency in
MS Excel
(reports, data management, and analysis).

· Good understanding of
margin requirements
,
Open Interest
, and basic market risk parameters.

· Strong coordination and communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of
NISM certification requirements
is a plus.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

· –2 years of experience in RMS, risk operations, or a similar role (freshers with strong skills may be considered).
