Urgent opening for the profile of Store Officer / Store Executive/ Assistant Manager Store for Pharmaceutical company at location Dombivli
Experience: 2 years (Must have experience in Pharma industry).
Qualification:B.S.C. / M.S.C.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Supervision of RM,PM loading & unloading
2) Primary inspection of RM & PM
3) Cleaning & Weight verification of RM& PM
4) Preparation of GRN , Sampling requisition & Quarantine label
5) Co-ordinate with QC for sampling & cleaning of sampling room of RM & PM
6) Storage & segregation of material as per their MSDS. Monitor & checking of day-to-day record i.e. Weighing balance calibration & verification record, temperature & humidity record, Usage & cleaning record, Equipment cleaning record etc.
7) Coordinate with engineering department to carry out preventive maintenance & calibration with in specific time line.
8) Maintain inventory, Physical stock verification of material, handling of hazardous material, cGMP practices within the department.
9) Preparation of regulatory & statutory Audits & visits.
10) Preparations of departmental documentation like SOPs, work instructions, logbook, deviation, change control, training record, incident etc.
11) Handling of IPQA observation, audit complains, change control, deviation etc
12) Dispensing of material as per requisition form received from production & updating of relevant record
13) Updating daily stock of control substances .i.e. acetic anhydride
14) Handling of returned /rejected good as per SOP
15) Identification of slow moving, non-moving & retest or expired materials and inform to concerns persons for further action.
16) Received intermediate, finished product & recovered solvent from production department
17) Preparation of packing list as per advice form received from QA
18) QR code generation & finished goods label printing
19) Inspection & document review of dispatch material
20) Preparation of weekly & monthly dispatch reports
21) Preparation of Delivery challan, job work annexure & E-way bills etc.
22) Monthly report of job work material.
23) In absence of manager of warehouse co-ordinate with purchase department for receiving of RM/PM
24) FDA authorized person for handling, storage& distribution of poisonous material i.e. methanol
25) Maintaining all warehouse SOP related formats and records
