Job description

LMDmax is looking for a motivated US recruiter to join our night shift team, focusing on the US market. The ideal candidate will be experienced in recruiting professionals, managing high-volume calls, and handling the entire recruitment process. This role involves making calls daily to source qualified non-IT candidates across the US.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Source, screen, and assess non-IT candidates based on client requirements.
  2. Conduct US calls daily to engage potential candidates.
  3. Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  4. Collaborate with US-based clients and hiring managers to align with job needs.
  5. Post job openings on job boards and social media.
  6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  7. Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to streamline recruitment activities.
  8. Negotiate compensation, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  9. Ensure selected candidates meet client expectations throughout the onboarding process.
