Role Overview: As a Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting eye-catching and effective visuals that align with our brand's identity and marketing goals. You will work closely with our marketing team to design graphics for social media campaigns, manage content calendars, and oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Plan, schedule, and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Create, shoot, and edit videos to enhance content across social media channels.
  • Develop visual content that supports campaign objectives and enhances brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics for digital advertising, including banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure all designs adhere to the company's visual identity.
  • Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine and optimize content strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design and video requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design, typography, and video production.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
