About the Role:We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior designers while contributing to real, large-scale public projects. If you have a passion for design with social impact and have worked on government briefs, IEC material, or similar public initiatives, this is for you. Key Responsibilities:Support senior designers in creating graphics for digital and print formats.
Adapt master creatives into multiple formats for different platforms. Design templates, infographics, and bilingual content pieces (primarily Hindi-English). Assist in layout design for government documents, brochures, and presentations.
Manage design assets, versions, and archiving systematically. Skills Required:Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Understanding of design for social media, print, and presentations.
Familiarity with Indian visual languages, emblems, and government design sensibilities. Attention to detail, colour accuracy, and formatting. Ability to work under deadline pressure and handle revisions efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts. Prior experience or internship with media agencies handling government clients. Good grasp of Hindi design workflows and Unicode usage.
Location: DelhiExperience: 1–3 Years (experience or internships in public or government communication preferred)Type: The first 3 months will be probationary; an offer will be extended based on performance.
