Job Summary:

We are looking for detail-oriented and efficient *Data Entry Operators* to join our team. The role involves entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company databases, ensuring information integrity, and supporting day-to-day operations. Candidates should be able to work with minimal errors, follow instructions carefully, and maintain confidentiality of company data.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or software systems accurately.

* Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

* Correct errors and ensure proper formatting of information.

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

* Assist in preparing reports and generating MIS as required.

* Perform routine data quality checks and validations.

* Coordinate with other departments for data collection and updates.

* Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Skills & Competencies:

* Good typing speed.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

* Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred).

* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Qualification:

* Computer knowledge is essential.

* Any degree - B.com, BBA, B.com CA, B.sc

Experience:

* Freshers

* Experienced – Up to 2 years of prior data entry or back-office experience preferred

* Both Male & Female candidates can apply.

Work Timing & Compensation:

* Full-time, day shift

* Salary: Based on candidate profile and experience.
