Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is a hybrid role with some flexibility for remote work. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building brand presence, and managing customer relationships in the energy storage and EV sector.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets


• Build, nurture, and manage strong customer relationships


• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support


• Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales training sessions


• Manage sales pipeline, reporting, and performance tracking


• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional activities

Qualifications


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management


• Prior experience in marketing lithium-ion batteries, EV vehicles, inverters, lead-acid batteries, or related energy storage solutions is required


• Ability to conduct effective training sessions


• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
