Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our lottery brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should be strategic, creative, and data-driven — capable of planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate quality leads.

The role requires strong knowledge of social media, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and content strategy — with a deep understanding of audience behavior and digital trends within the gaming/lottery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage ad budgets, optimize campaigns for ROI, and ensure achievement of performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.

2. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Handle brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and drive meaningful community interactions.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic ranking.
  • Monitor traffic, user behavior, and conversions via Google Analytics.
  • Coordinate with developers/designers for on-page and off-page SEO improvements.

4. Content Planning & Execution

  • Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and festive promotions.
  • Write effective copy for social media, emailers, and digital ads.
  • Work with creative teams to produce engaging videos, reels, and promotional content.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics — including reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements based on insights and trends.

6. Trend & Competitor Research

  • Stay updated with emerging digital tools, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for brand growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and Canva.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in basic video editing tools will be an added advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
