Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Maintain and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns including list management, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Support content marketing efforts, including blog posts, case studies, and video content.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Retail Background Needed
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website CMS (like WordPress) is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
