Key Responsibilities:

Export Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC documentation, etc.).
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for timely shipments.
  • Track consignments and ensure on-time delivery to international clients.
  • Maintain records of shipments, export licenses, and compliance documents.
  • Liaise with clients regarding shipment status, requirements, and queries.
  • Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle post-shipment documentation including payment follow-ups and reconciliations.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administrative functions such as correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.
  • Support HR and accounts department with documentation and data entry as required.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist in audits when required.
  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and general office support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in export documentation and office administration.
  • Knowledge of export regulations, shipping procedures, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
