Furniture Studio Sales Manager

The Furniture Studio Sales Manager will lead the sales and customer experience operations of the Homvogue Studio at Manipal. The role involves managing the showroom team, driving sales performance, and ensuring the highest standards of client service, aesthetics, and studio presentation. The manager will also coordinate with the design and marketing teams to convert leads into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective team and lead management.
- Guide customers through furniture, design, and material selections to meet their aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Supervise and motivate the sales and design team to deliver strong performance.
- Collaborate with the design department for customized furniture and interior projects.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the studio ambiance reflects the brand identity.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project leads systematically.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
- Handle customer feedback, service issues, and post-sales follow-up.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities, offers, and campaigns at the studio
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
