CryoCorp O2 LLP is a global exporter and supplier of machinery, spares, accessories, and ancillaries for medical and industrial oxygen, nitrogen, and acetylene plants and bottling Units. We are seeking an Export Documentation Executive / Intern to join our team. This role is responsible for managing pre and post-documentation, preparing invoices, coordinating with shipping lines, and ensuring accuracy in labelling. The ideal candidate should be a Commerce Graduate with a Diploma or Certification in Export-Import Management and have proficiency in Tally, Data handling and Cloud working on Google Workspace.

Job Profile:

Role: Tally & GEM Portal Intern

Duration: 6-Month Internship (Extendable to 1 Year)

Location: Chembur or within 30 minutes of commuting distance

Stipend: ₹10,000 to 12,000 per month for 8 hours of work per day, Monday to Saturday with 2nd / 4th Saturday half days.

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Tally & GEM Intern to support our team in dispatch coordination using Tally data, and filling of tenders at GEM government portal. This opportunity is perfect for fresh graduates, students, or retired professionals seeking practical experience in Tally, logistics support, and working with the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal for making and submitting bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. GEM & Licensing Tasks:
  2. Manage registration, bidding, and documentation on the GEM portal.
  3. Track and update product and service listings.
  4. Monitor tender opportunities and assist with submissions.
  5. Support in applying for and renewing statutory licenses and permits.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all licenses and submissions.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities as needed.
  8. Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines.

  9. Tally & Dispatch Tasks:

  10. Assist in daily dispatch activities.
  11. Coordinate with vendors, delivery personnel, and internal departments.
  12. Maintain dispatch records and related documentation.
  13. Support inventory tracking and basic logistics work.
  14. Use Tally for basic entry or referencing (if applicable).

Qualifications:

Option 1: Intern (Freshers/Students)

- Education: Pursuing or completed graduation (preferably in Commerce).

- Experience: Not required.

- Skills:

- Basic knowledge of GEM or other government portals is a plus.

- Familiarity with Tally Gold latest version, 6 months of experience, we will take a hands-on test for Tally proficiency.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

Option 2: Retired Professional

- Retired from government or private sector with experience in GEM, tendering, dispatch, or licensing.

- Familiarity with online procurement platforms and compliance processes.

- Basic computer skills and willingness to work in a hybrid setup.

Additional Details:

- Duration: 6 months (extendable up to 1 year based on performance).

- Stipend: ₹12,000 per month.

- Opportunity: Potential for full-time employment after successful internship completion.

Note: Upon completion of the internship, certification will be provided by the Government of India National Skills Portal and a percentage of the stipend will be paid by the Government.
