Job Requirements:

4–8 years of experience in embedded software development.

Strong proficiency in C/C++ and expertise with microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, PIC, AVR) or microprocessors (e.g., ARM Cortex).

In-depth knowledge of RTOS, communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet), and hardware-software integration.

Hands-on experience with debugging tools, performance optimization, and system validation.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Proficient in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet) and diagnostics (UDS, OBD).

Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD).

Experience with AUTOSAR and compliance with ISO 26262 and ASPICE.

Strong debugging skills and familiarity with tools like CANalyzer, Canoe, and vector tools.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and testing of embedded software for advanced real-time systems.

Architect robust software solutions and optimize low-level drivers and middleware.

Write and maintain unit tests to verify software functionality and robustness.

Use static analysis tools to ensure adherence to coding standards and detect issues early.

Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and MISRA coding standards.

Mentor junior engineers, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Analyse and resolve complex system-level issues, focusing on performance and reliability.

Drive process improvements and contribute to the adoption of new technologies and tools.
