Seeking a Demi Chef de Partie – All Rounder (Continental) to support the CDP and ensure smooth operation of the section.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist CDP in daily preparation and cooking.
  • Maintain quality standards and hygiene.
  • Monitor mise en place and assist in plating and garnishing.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and stock rotation.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years' experience in a Continental kitchen.
  • Basic knowledge of sauces, salads, and grill preparations.
  • Team player with good time management.
