Position: Finance Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: Monday- Friday and alternate Saturdays working

Experience Required: 2-4 years

Client: Leading D2C Brand

: Candidates who have prior or current experience in D2C brands would be preferred first.

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

  1. Reconcile cash receivables from platforms like marketplaces , payment gateways , and delivery partners on a weekly basis.
  2. Record and reconcile sales transactions from multiple marketplaces and the company website.
  3. Create and process credit notes for undelivered orders and short GRN ( Goods Receipt Note ) cases .
  4. Identify and resolve discrepancies in sales , receivables , and payables by coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders .
  5. Perform and close ledger reconciliations for receivables and payables .
  6. Prepare data for GST and TDS filings , ensuring accurate reconciliation with the books .
  7. Assist in month end closing processes , including preparation of MIS reports for management review .
  8. Support audits and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date .
  9. Perform any other finance related tasks as required to support business operations .
  10. Continuously improve finance processes for efficiency and accuracy . Requirements

Requirements :

  1. Mandatory: Prior experience in an e-commerce or D2C company.
  2. Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  3. CA Final student or CA dropout with strong accounting fundamentals.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  6. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  7. Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
